Ace of cups as an obstacle (reversed) suggests an inability to empathize with others and that this could provide an obstacle. However, a reversed Queen of Cups suggests it may not be an obstacle to NOITRA but people Noitra knows. This card in this placement shows that Noitra turns away emotional or empathic advances with negative or abusive emotions and enjoys doing so. Queen of Swords reversed in the recent past suggests that Noitra has recently decieved somebody, perhaps by not telling them the truth about himself or perhaps by not putting all his proverbial cards on the table. This works out for Noitra, however, since his goals are to gain and use resources for his own gain, Queen of Pentacles suggests.
